At MassAbility, our Career Services team supports individuals in exploring industries and career paths that align with their interests and professional goals. Whether they need personalized career counseling, vocational training, accommodation assistance, or job search support, we are dedicated to championing their success. Home and Community Life

MassAbility’s Home and Community Life services empowers individuals to participate in their community and build the life they want on their own terms. NextGen Careers Tri-Fold

NextGen Careers is a MassAbility initiative that prepares young adults (ages 18-30) to explore the world of work. NextGeners like you will learn to advocate for yourselves, gain self-confidence, and become self-sufficient on your career path. Learn more in the NextGen Careers Tri-Fold.

Pre-ETS

MassAbility’s Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) provide students with disabilities the opportunity to experience the world of work. We work with providers, schools, families, and youths to connect them with information and resources to make decisions about their career path and create a plan for their future. Statewide Head Injury Program

MassAbility created the Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP) to empower people living with Traumatic Brain Injury's (TBIs) to live life on their own terms. The program provides skills training, companions, residential services, and access to Brain Injury Community Centers across the Commonwealth. Career Services for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing
