The court clinics provided by the Volunteer Lawyers Project are now working remotely. To sign up for the clinic and gain access to other legal resources in Massachusetts, litigants may call (617) 603-1700 or complete an online intake here. Do not come to your local courthouse to visit the clinic.

Days and Times

Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9 am-12 pm
First-come, first-served.

  • Must qualify as low-income
  • Must be a legal permanent resident or citizen and bring proof


Answer case-related questions; discuss legal options and strategy; help fill out court forms; drafting pleadings

Deals with guardianship cases on Tuesdays and family law cases on Wednesdays.
