Overview of Boston Court Service Center
Court Service Centers help people navigate the court system. Centers are available to all court users without lawyers and there are no income or immigration status requirements. All of the services in the Court Service Centers are free, but there may be other fees associated with your case, such as filing fees.

In-person services (priority given to emergency cases)

8:30 am-1:00 pm, 2:00 pm-4:30 pm
Thursday:
8:30 am-1:00 pm, 2:00 pm-4:30 pm

Parking at Boston Court Service Center
There is no public parking available at this location. Parking at your own expense is available in the vicinity of the courthouse at parking lots and garages and metered spaces on the streets.
Services at Boston Court Service Center
The Edward W. Brooke Courthouse Court Service Center has computers with access to online resources that are available on a first-come first-served basis. Other services include:
- one-on-one help filling out court forms;
- information about court rules, procedures and practices;
- court documents and written instructions;
- access to interpreter services;
- assistance with legal research; and
- contact information for community resources, legal assistance programs, and social service agencies.
