The ILCNSCA is located in historic Salem Mass. Our offices overlook Salem harbor where we enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Monday - Friday:
9:00 am-5:00 pm

Services   at Disability Resource Center

In addition to the standard ILC services, we have a Community Access Advocacy Team that meets monthly to review variance requests, ADA Transition Plans, and other Advocacy issues on Access. Meetings with elected officials and the CAAT occur throughout the year. We also have the All People Accessible Business initiative. Our Surveyors conduct accessibility surveys of selected North Shore and Cape Ann Businesses throughout the 25 municipalities of ILCNSCA service area.
