Overview

The North Adams Office serves the following communities: Adams, Cheshire, Clarksburg, Florida, Hancock, Lanesboro, North Adams, New Ashford, Savoy, and Williamstown.

Monday - Friday:
8:45 am-5:00 pm

Parking

Our office is located at the EHS Center at 37 Main Street on the 3rd floor, above the Berkshire Bank. Please come in through the side entrance; the elevator is located to your right.

Handicapped accessible and metered parking is available on Main Street or in the nearby St. Anthony Municipal Parking Lot. We are on the BRTA bus route.

Services

To Make a Referral

Any individual with a disability can ask about getting services. Friends, relatives, and healthcare providers can also refer an individual to MassAbility. Our services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in making informed choices about work. We have two easy ways you can start this process.

  • Call (413) 663-5391 and mention that you would like to arrange a referral. A member of our support staff will help you complete a short telephone inquiry and you will be assigned a counselor who will contact you to arrange an appointment.
  • Visit our office between the hours 8:45 am and 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday) and a member of our support staff will assist you.
