The Pittsfield Office serves individuals who reside in the following towns: Alford, Becket, Dalton, Egremont, Great Barrington, Hinsdale, Lee, Lenox, Monterey, Mount Washington, New Marlboro, Otis, Peru, Pittsfield, Richmond, Sandisfield, Sheffield, Stockbridge, Tyringham, Washington, West Stockbridge, and Windsor.

Services
To Make a Referral
Any individual with a disability can ask about getting services. Friends, relatives, and healthcare providers can also refer an individual to MassAbility. Our services are designed to assist individuals with disabilities in making informed choices about work. We have two easy ways you can start this process.
- Call (413) 499-2720 and mention that you would like to arrange a referral. A member of our support staff will help you complete a short telephone inquiry and you will be assigned a counselor who will contact you to arrange an appointment.
- Walk into our office between the hours 8:45 am and 5:00 pm (Monday through Friday) and a member of our support staff will assist you.
