MA250 Low Plate Lottery – 250 Years of Independence

250th Low Plate Commemorative Plate Lottery

In celebration of 250 years of America’s independence and Massachusetts’ revolutionary legacy, the RMV, in partnership with the Mass Lottery, will hold a low plate lottery for its most popular specialty plate.

Official Lottery Rules and Eligibility Requirements

Anyone with an active Massachusetts passenger registration. Employees of MassDOT and Mass Lottery, including their family members are ineligible to apply. See Official Lottery Rules and Eligibility Requirements below. Visit Mass.gov/MA250 for official rules and eligibility.
