Marijuana Retail Taxes

Massachusetts voters passed a ballot initiative in November, 2016 legalizing recreational marijuana in the state. As of July 1, 2018, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue will collect tax on the sale of recreational marijuana by licensed facilities.
