MassHealth long term services and supports (LTSS) are services and supports that MassHealth members with disabilities and chronic conditions of all ages use to meet their daily living needs, remain independent, and participate in their communities

MassHealth has many services for MassHealth members to enable them to live with independence and dignity and  participate in their communities, and increase their overall quality of life.
