LTSS Programs and Services are available to eligible MassHealth members to enable them to live with independence and dignity and participate in their communities.
LTSS may be provided to eligible MassHealth members in a variety of settings. Members may choose to receive these services and supports by enrolling in an integrated care plan or in a home and community-based (HCBS) waivers that provide specialized supports to qualified MassHealth members.
