We help transition people from nursing facilities to independent living

We offer brain injury training to individuals, professionals, and families. Programs include the Statewide Head Injury Program, Traumatic Brain Injury Waivers, Acquired Brain Injury Non-Residential Waivers, and Moving Forward Plan Community Living Waivers.
