The Massachusetts Commission for the Blind (MCB) hosted a successful Virtual Reverse Job Fair in celebration of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, with 40 talented job seekers who are legally blind showcasing their skills and experience to prospective employers over two days. We're excited to share that one employer has already extended a job offer, and several others are actively conducting interviews.

This event highlighted the value of hiring skilled professionals with diverse abilities. We extend our gratitude to the participating employers for taking a significant step toward enhancing their organizations and communities. Also, a special thank you goes to our dedicated planning committee for their hard work in making this event possible.

If you're interested in exploring partnership opportunities or connecting with a job seeker, please contact MCB Employment Services Supervisor Carol Cullins at carol.cullins@mass.gov or 857-214-1632.

Let's work together to build a more inclusive workforce!
