News  eLIPSE Is Now Live for Five Additional Boards!

The DOL is excited to announce that the eLIPSE licensing platform is officially live for five more boards — a major step in modernizing our licensing, inspections, and permitting systems to better serve you. 

Boards Now Live on eLIPSE 

The following boards have transitioned to the eLIPSE platform:

• Board of Registration of Architects
• Board of Registration in Embalming and Funeral Directing
• Board of Registration of Landscape Architects
• Board of Public Accountancy
• Board of Registration of Real Estate Appraisers

Boards previously released on eLIPSE are below. These boards should continue using eLIPSE for all licensing and permitting services.

• Board of Registration of Real Estate Brokers and Salespersons
• Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters

All other Boards, and OPSI inspections/permitting functions, will transition in future phases. Until then, they will continue using existing systems.

How to Access eLIPSE

• Applicants and Licensees must register with their Mass.gov business credentials to access the eLIPSE platform.
