News  Registration Open: Train the Trainer for Human Guide & Vision Loss Sensitivity

Please consider becoming a trainer for Human Guide and Vision Loss Sensitivity (HGVLS). The next upcoming hybrid class is scheduled to begin on April 1, 2024.

The training consists of online weekly work through the month with one in-person session on April 30, 2024, in Newton. 

Registration is required by March 27, 2024. Space is limited to ten attendees.

Successful completion of the HGVLS training will enable you to train your co-workers at the agency where you are employed, including new staff and/or refresher training for supervisors and colleagues. This Train the Trainer Project for HGVLS is virtual and free. Only an application is required. 

Additional dates and locations are available throughout the year.
