We address many issues, including:

  • Requirements for construction, maintenance, and use of clinical laboratories. This includes standards of performance in examination of specimens.
  • Requirements for Proficiency testing/training programs for lab personnel
  • Classification of tests as exempt, simple, or complex for licensure purposes
