The Trial Court Office of Workplace Rights and Compliance (OWRC) works with court users, employees, judges and clerks to create a Trial Court free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation regardless of race, color, national origin, ancestry, religious creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender expression, gender identity, disability, mental illness, military service or veteran status, genetics, and/or other protected characteristics.

Who we serve

The OWRC works with judges, elected and appointed officials, managers, supervisors, employees, non-court employees who work in or have business with the court, members of the public who use court facilities, vendors, and contractors.
