Standing Order 2-25
- Every division of the Probate and Family Court shall screen cases and use the Pathways Case Management System.
- Upon the filing of a return of service for all complaints for modification, each Registry shall schedule the complaint for a Pathways 1 conference within 30 to 45 days of the return, unless the First Justice of a division in their discretion, determines that a prescreening should take place to determine if the case is suited for a Pathways 1, 2, or 3 conference.
- The First Justice of each division, with the approval of the Chief Justice, shall identify additional case type(s) eligible for inclusion of the Pathways Case Management System.
- For each judge in a division, there shall be five auto-scheduled Pathways 1 hearings available per week. More than five auto-scheduled Pathways 1 hearings per week for each judge in a division is permissible.
- No division may modify these requirements without prior written approval of the Chief Justice of the Probate and Family Court.
