110 CMR 6.00 governs the standards and process for Foster Care Reviews (FCR). An FCR is a review, conducted by a panel under the auspices of the Department's independent Foster Care Review Unit, of the action plan and progress toward permanency and the safety and well-being of a child or young adult.
