250 CMR protects the public health, safety, and welfare by establishing requirements and procedures for registration of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors, prescribing standards of professional conduct to be followed by such engineers and land surveyors, and assure the proper performance of the duties of the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors.
