230 CMR 6.00 establishes minimum standards necessary to operate hoisting machinery, including prerequisites for the issuance of operator licenses and temporary permits as well as the minimum safety standards to be following during the operation of these machines. Also establishes necessary rules for inspections and enforcement. Previously codified as 520 CMR 6.
