603 CMR 56.00 enables the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education, for good cause arising from the unprecedented circumstances and disruption caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, state of emergency, and closure of schools, to adjust timelines and due dates in the regulations of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education to the extent permitted by state and federal law.
