Overview

Massachusetts has mandated that clinicians report to DPH any unexplained vaping-associated lung injury, now known as E-cigarette/Vaping-Associated Lung Injury (EVALI). These preliminary reports are being reviewed, and confirmed and probable cases are being investigated and reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Please note that because investigations are ongoing, these data are subject to change.
