Data Aggregator for ASAP-Contracted Providers

ASAP-contracted providers organizations that choose to use their own EVV system and submit data on at least a monthly basis to EOHHS’ Data Aggregator must complete 3 steps to begin sending data to the Massachusetts Data Aggregator.

Steps to Using the Data Aggregator

Step 1 Complete and return the EVV Provider Identification Spreadsheet and Attestation Form.

  • The Provider Identification Spreadsheet collects demographic information from the provider as well as the type of EVV compliance the provider plans to use (Alternate EVV or MyTimesheet).
  • The Attestation Form, which can be found within the EVV Provider Identification Packet, confirms that the Alternate EVV system in use by the Provider meets state and federal requirements for EVV.

Step 2 Complete testing for the Massachusetts Data Aggregator

  • EOHHS will be issuing an RFR to procure an integrated EVV data system (both a Data Aggregator and state-sponsored EVV system).
  • After an EVV vendor has been selected, EOHHS will post EVV vendor-specific Data Aggregator Technical Specifications and Data Aggregator API User Guide
  • EOHHS will notify ASAP-Contracted Providers that have submitted the EVV Provider Identification Spreadsheet and Attestation Form via email.  This email will include instructions for accessing the Data Aggregator Testing Environment.
  • Providers must develop test files based on the technical specifications in the EVV Vendor’s Data Aggregator Technical Specifications.
  • Providers will have the option of manually uploading their files or automating their file upload using Application Programming Interface (API).

Step 3 Attend training on the Massachusetts Data Aggregator

  • EOHHS will be issuing an RFR to procure an integrated EVV data system (both a Data Aggregator and state-sponsored EVV system).
  • After a new EVV vendor has been selected, EOHHS will provide ASAP-Contracted Provider Organizations with information on how to access training.
  • Providers will register for training.
  • At least one individual from each Alternate EVV Provider Organization must attend Data Aggregator Training.

After completing the above three (3) steps, providers will receive access rights to the production version of the Data Aggregator.
