The Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA) has established a virtual web based meeting system for conducting Conciliation, Status and Conference Meetings. The VirtualQ Meeting system is an Application augmentation used to virtually organize, present, and control the Department’s daily Conciliation, Status and Conference online meetings.
Notices for scheduled Conciliations and Conferences will continue to be sent out by the DIA 6 weeks in advance of the meeting.
The VirtualQ Meeting system is link-based and operates in conjunction with the DIA Case Management System. At approximately 2:00 PM on the evening prior to scheduled meeting[s], link[s] to the VirtualQ will be added to the Attorney Calendar. The link[s] will display under the heading Today’s and Upcoming Web Meetings. This link[s], in a series of prompts, grants access to the Administrative Judges and Conciliators’ virtual waiting room.
The link will be displayed and available only on the calendar of the attorney[s] with a current Appearance Form 114 on file with the DIA (attorney of record). It is the responsibility of the attorney of record to make the link available to any other attorney presenting on his/her behalf. Once the link has been established no other notices or notification will go out from the DIA regarding the meeting
If you are the injured worker represented by an attorney, please contact your attorney.
If you are the injured worker without an attorney and representing yourself for:
- Conciliations contact the conciliator.
- Conferences contact the Administrative Judge’s office

If you are an attorney:
- Read the information provided for joining the web meeting
- Make sure you have an active account
If you are an adjuster, please contact the conciliator who is assigned to the conciliation.
