Through meetings every other month and regular communication, the Leading by Example (LBE) Council supports and advises the LBE Program by providing feedback on program design, reviewing guidance documents, and piloting innovative strategies and products.
The Council is co-chaired by the Executive Office of Administration and Finance and the Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs, and includes representatives from many agencies that play a role in shaping state greening activities. Although not executive branch agencies, the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, Massachusetts Port Authority, and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority also participate as Council members.
