The MassQEX web portal was established for the secure exchange of measures data between hospitals and EOHHS as part of the MassHealth Acute Hospital quality reporting program requirements. Each hospital is required to identify staff that must complete a user registration account to conduct secure data transactions on the hospital’s behalf via the MassQEX web portal.
MassQEX Portal
All aspects of the MassQEX web portal system requirements and configuration are managed by the EOHHS contractor.
Customer Support
The EOHHS contractor also manages the MassQEX Help Desk which provides hospitals with support in setting up portal user accounts, technical inquiries related to clinical data abstraction requirements and data file production formats. The helpdesk also provides educational support to improve data validation results and interpreting year-end hospital reports applicable to quality performance results.
