Direct Deposit is Mandatory for All New Retirees (as of January 2010)

If you have not yet signed up for direct deposit we strongly recommend that you do. Simply fill out an Authorization for Direct Deposit form and mail it in to our office:

One Winter Street, 8th Floor
Boston MA 02108

Note: Regular paper statements for members receiving direct deposit were discontinued as of August 2010. Instead, 1099-R paper statements will be mailed once a year, usually in early January. Additionally, if there is any change in the amount of your monthly benefit payment you will receive a paper statement in the mail.

1099-R information will be viewable on PayInfo once the data is available, however these digital forms will not be considered official by the IRS for purposes of filing your taxes.
