RCA provides a monthly grant to eligible participants of the Massachusetts Refugee Resettlement Program (MRRP) while they search for work. The grant amount is determined by the MRRP guidelines.
Are You Eligible?
RCA is available to categorically eligible individuals, without dependent children, that meet income and time eligibility requirements. You must have already applied to the MRRP before inquiring about RCA. Qualifying individuals may not also be receiving TAFDC (TANF), SSI, SSDI, and may not be currently enrolled in a Matching Grant or Preferred Communities program.
