An update statement must be submitted with all bids pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149. There is one update statement for prime contractors (including small prime contractors) and filed sub-bidders.
The update statement provides information including, but not limited to, the contractor’s building projects in progress and building projects completed since the submission date of the contractor’s most recent certificate of eligibility application. Bidders must include information that was not disclosed on their most recent application for certificate of eligibility filed with the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM).
Please be careful to read all instructions on these forms if you are a bidder on a project being bid pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 149 and/or 149A.
