The Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) certifies 18 filed sub-bidder categories of work in vertical building public construction. If you want to bid in one of these categories of work, you must have a certificate of eligibility from DCAMM to submit with your bid.

  1. Download these documents

    You should complete these documents before you start your online application.

  2. Create a contractor account in the DCMS Portal

    In order to start your online application you must create an account in the DCAMM Contractor Management System portal

  3. Complete online application

    Gather all the documents from the checklist for a smoother application process.

  4. Upload all the required documents listed on Filed Sub-Bidder Checklist

  5. Use the Excel spreadsheet to gather needed project information

    This spreadsheet can be used for both completed and in progress project types.  Once you have filled in the needed information you will have all the needed fields to type into the projects table in the application.

  6. Have authorized signatory sign the application

    One of the people listed on the Authorized Signatory Listing form

  7. Pay application fee online

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, checking and savings accounts

  8. Submit Application

    Once you submit your application, you will receive an email saying your application was submitted to DCAMM.  You are able to print an application report at anytime as you will need it for completing the update statement for public bidding.

Documents you should have electronically before starting the application:

  • Documents listed on the documents checklist
  • Federal employer identification number (FEIN)
  • Information for up to 10 of your company’s most recent construction projects of at least $20,000 completed within the past 3 years. Also required for projects in progress
