Viability and Sustainability of Long-term Care Facilities Task Force

The Viability and Sustainability of Long-term Care Facilities Task Force was established when Governor Healey signed into law Chapter 197 of the Acts of 2024.

The task force makes recommendations about the viability and sustainability of long-term care facilities, as required by the State Budget of fiscal year 2025.

The task force, created by the legislature, includes a wide range of policymakers and stakeholders. Their task focuses on reviewing the landscape of long-term care facilities and making recommendations about the viability and sustainability of such facilities.
