Massachusetts WIOA 2026 State Plan Modification Public Comment Period
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has opened the public comment period for the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) 2026 State Planmodification. The public comment period is from March 27, 2026 – April 25, 2026.
Stakeholders, partners, and members of the public are encouraged to review the draft State Plan modification below and provide feedback. All comments and feedback may be submitted via email to stateworkforceboard@mass.gov. All comments received during the public comment period will be reviewed and considered prior to submission of the final WIOA 2026 State Plan modification to the U.S. Department of Labor.
A virtual public comment session will be held Tuesday, April 14 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to provide an overview of progress updates since the submission of the 2024 WIOA State Plan, as well as to provide an overview of the proposed modifications.
