EEC provides subsidies to families in need to help cover the cost of child care. Early education and care programs that accept these subsidies use EEC's Child Care Financial Assistance (CCFA) system for documenting family eligibility, tracking child attendance, and submitting requests for reimbursement.
How to use CCFA
These instructional videos and training materials provide guidance for programs on how to use the various functions in CCFA.
MyChildCareMA Administrator Portal
EEC’s statewide waitlist management system is now MyChildCareMA. All families who are interested in child care financial assistance through EEC’s Income Eligible program must access benefits through the waitlist system. Mass211 manages the waitlist, and CCRRs and contracted providers use this system to offer and manage available funding.
How to use MyChildCareMA
For Phase I of the portal implementation, instructional training modules and materials are available for Family Access Administrators (Mass211, CCRRs and Contracted Providers). Please reach out to your Family Access Speciaiist if you need access.
Get Help on CCFA and MyChildCare MA
If you have a question about CCFA, MyChildCareMA or need assistance using the systems, you may submit a request to EEC's Help Desk. Please close your web browser after submitting the request. If you have not received a response to a previously submitted request, please check your email junk folder before opening a new ticket.
Providers who accept only vouchers and who do not have any contracted slots just need to complete training on the CCFA Attendance modules. To access this training, contact your CCR&R's CCFA Administrator.
