Standing Order 1-90
Due to the pressure of business, it is necessary to take certain measures to limit the number of motions to be heard on Mondays, our regular motion session.
Until further notice, it is ordered that the clerk-magistrate will limit accepting and marking of motions for a particular Monday to 15 motions. Any motions sought to be marked in excess of 15 in number will be placed on the list for hearing on the next available civil motion day by the clerk-magistrate, with notice to the parties.
Exempted from this order are motions for dissolution of attachments granted ex parte.
