Public Meeting Notice  Hybrid Technical Conference on ESS Tariff (DPU 23-115/117/126)

The Department is conducting a second hybrid technical session on the review and approval of National Grid’s, Unitil’s, and Eversource’s operational parameters for Energy Storage Systems (ESS) Tariff. The purpose of this session is to continue discussions on individual ESS size facility limits, feeder and substation limits, dispatch limiting schedule, disconnect and reconnect provisions, flexible interconnection, queue management, system impact study process, and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) costs. 

While the Department will not be taking public comments at this session, the public is still welcome to observe the proceeding. The session will take place on Thursday, May 22, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. For audio-only access to the session, attendees can dial (309) 205-3325 and then enter Meeting ID# 832 3608 4840.
