Overview

The February meeting of the MPTC Committee will be held on Wednesday, February 20, 2019, starting at 9:30 a.m. and will be held at the Randolph Regional Police Academy at 6 Adams Street, Randolph, MA.

The Committee will enter into executive session pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 21(a)(3) to discuss litigation strategy regarding Pigeon v. Human Resources Division;, Municipal Police Training Committee; and Town of Freetown (C.A. No. 08-473) and Timothy Turley v. MPTC et. al. because an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the MPTC’s litigating position.
