Meeting the Moment community conversation & resource fair

Join the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Persons with Disabilities and MassAbility for Meeting the Moment: A Community Conversation and Resource Fair on Friday, March 27 from 11am–2pm at UMass Lowell University Crossing and on Zoom.

Schedule:
11–11:30am – Overview of the Commission and MassAbility (hybrid)
11:30am–12:30pm – Community conversation (hybrid)
12:30–1pm – Lunch
1–2pm – In-person resource fair

Topics include digital accessibility, education-to-employment transition, workforce supports, and long-term services and supports and health equity. Individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, providers, and advocates are encouraged to share their experiences. Submit written comments by March 23 at: cspwdinfo@mass.gov

We are also inviting organizations, agencies, and disability commissions that are interested in participating in the in-person resource fair to register for a shared table. Please note that space is limited. Organizations must register in advance, and we will confirm table availability once registration is received.
