Overview
Under the provisions of G.L.c. 30A, ss. 10-11 and the Standard Judiciary Rules of Practice and Procedure, 801 CMR 1.02-1.03, the Police Standards Subcommittee of the Municipal Police Training Committee will conduct an Open Hearing on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 to be held in-person, starting at 12:30 pm at 42 Thomas Patten Drive, Randolph, MA with the first beginning at or about that time, and the next beginning when the one before has been completed, until all of the scheduled hearings have been completed or continued. The Standards Subcommittee will hear the appeals of former instructors Earl Johnson & Steven Eramo from the revocation of their MPTC instructor certification(s).
Those attending virtually will not be able to comment or interact during this meeting.
