Notice of Second Public Hearing – 234 CMR 2.00 4.00 5.00 8.00 and 9.00

Notice is hereby given pursuant to M.G.L. c. 30A, § 2, that the Board of Registration in Dentistry (Board) within the Department of Public Health (Department), will hold a second public hearing on proposed amendments to the Board’s regulations at 234 CMR 2.00, 4.00, 5.00, 8.00 and 9.00. These regulations set definitions used throughout 234 CMR (2.00). They also set licensing requirements (4.00) and standards of practice (5.00) and provisions on continuing education (8.00). Lastly, they set forth provisions relating to the investigation of complaints, grounds for discipline, disciplinary actions and summary suspension proceedings (9.00).
