Public Hearing for Eversource Forecast & Supply Plan (DPU 26-94)

The Department is conducting a virtual public hearing to receive comments on Eversource's Long-Range Forecast and Supply Plan. The plan will run from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2031. This plan will cover five years, from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2031.  The Department will review the plan to ensure that it accurately estimates the natural gas requirements and shows how the Company can meet customer demand at the lowest possible cost.  

The public hearing will take place on Tuesday, October 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. For audio-only access to the hearings, attendees can dial-in at 646-931-3860 (not toll free) and then enter Meeting ID# 836 1064 1558. This hearing will be conducted in English. 

Any person interested in commenting on this matter may submit written comments no later than the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Tuesday, October 6, 2026. Written comments may be sent by email to dpu.efiling@mass.gov and jennifer.cargill@mass.gov, and the Company's attorney, sfrias@keeganwerlin.com. Please note that in the interest of transparency any comments will be posted to our website as received and without redacting personal information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses. As such, consider the extent of information you wish to share when submitting comments. The Department strongly encourages public comments to be submitted by email.
