Public Hearing on Firm Transportation Agreement (DPU 26-GC-26)

The Department is conducting a virtual public hearing to receive comments on a firm transportation service agreement between National Grid and Amrize Northeast, Inc. (Peabody Facility). For more details regarding the agreement, please see the Notice below.

The public hearing will take place on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. For audio-only access to the hearings, attendees can dial-in at 646-558-8656 (not toll free) and then enter Meeting ID# 854 6153 4542. 

Any person interested in commenting on this matter may submit written comments no later than the close of business (5:00 p.m.) on Monday, November 2, 2026. Written comments may be sent by email to dpu.efiling@mass.gov and Jeffrey.Plotkin@mass.gov. The text of the email must include the number of the proceeding (DPU 26-GC-26), the name of the person or company submitting the filing, and a brief descriptive title of the document. Please note that in the interest of transparency any comments will be posted to our website as received and without redacting personal information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses. As such, consider the extent of information you wish to share when submitting comments. The Department strongly encourages public comments to be submitted by email.
