Reimagining content: 3 stories

Thursday, January 29, from 2 pm to 3 pm. Note: To register you will need a free, basic Zoom account. Link follows in the description.

Overview

3 Mass.gov authors from the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities, the Office for Refugees and Immigrants, and the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development have been making big changes to their content. Each has taken on these projects for different reasons, but all are focused on improving the experience for their audiences:

  • Making complex information simpler and more accessible
  • Streamlining the user journey
  • Expanding content to better reflect available programs and services
  • Reducing ROT (redundant, outdated, and trivial content)

We hope you'll join us to hear more about their stories, what they've learned, and how it will influence future work.

Content Lab is a community of practice focused on content strategy. It's open to employees at state agencies and organizations.
