Simulation & Education Day

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health EMS for Children and Suicide Prevention Programs have partnered with the academic pediatric hospitals across the state to bring high-fidelity simulation and didactic education to prehospital providers.

Each 8 hour day will give participants the opportunity to work with pediatric subject matter experts in plenary lectures, simulations, didactic sessions, panel discussion, and fostering on-going networking. Participants will be asked to complete both pre-/post assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our ability to deliver the content as well as having the opportunity to participate in longitudinal studies to evaluate content retention.
