Overview   of Technical conference in D.P.U. 17-164

The technical conference is intended to foster discussion regarding the following topics:

Section 1.2, combination of impact and detailed study

Section 3.4.1(d), whether or how the group study process should be included in the timeline enforcement mechanism, study time frames, and impacts on preceding studies

Section 3.4.1(i), project changes

Section 3.4.1(m), sharing of confidential business information, how the proposed revisions would affect current projects in interconnection queues

To initiate discussions, Department staff will facilitate breakout sessions to discuss alternative revisions to Section 3.4.1 of the interconnection tariff.  The Department seeks to have a variety of individuals from each sector participate in the breakout sessions.  As such, we request that interested stakeholders register by June 3, 2019 for the technical session at the link above.
