The Workers' Compensation Advisory Council (WCAC) plays an important role in making sure the Massachusetts workers' compensation system runs efficiently and effectively. We monitor and make recommendations on workers' compensation bills, and report on all aspects of the workers' compensation system.

There will be the Chairman's welcome, DIA updates by Senior Judge Omar Hernandez, Director of Administration Bill Taupier, Interim Director Sheri Bowles, and WCAC Executive Director Maureen O'Connell, which will include the 2023 - 2024 legislative session and the Open Meeting Law. Action items include meeting minutes for December 14, 2022, January 11, 2023 and February 8, 2023, March 8, 2023.

Next Meeting: Tentatively scheduled for May 10, 2023.
