Overview

The Workers' Compensation Advisory Council (WCAC) plays an important role in making sure the Massachusetts workers' compensation system runs efficiently and effectively. We monitor and make recommendations on workers' compensation bills, and report on all aspects of the workers' compensation system.

There will be the Chairman's welcome, DIA updates by Director Sheri Bowles, Senior Judge Omar Hernandez, Director of Administration Bill Taupier, WCAC Executive Director Maureen O'Connell. Director O'Connell's update will include the FY 2024 Annual Report and member appointments. Action items include minutes from the June 12, 2024 and September 11, 2024 meeting minutes.
