Overview of Workers' Compensation Advisory Council (WCAC) May 12, 2021 Meeting via WebEx
At this meeting there will be a Judicial update from the Senior Judge, a review of Department of Industrial Accidents' (DIA) vital statistics, updates from the DIA Interim Director and Workers Compensation Advisory Council (WCAC) Executive Director. The WCAC members will be voting on the minutes from the February and March meetings, and the future of work at the DIA with the hybrid model.
The WCAC is responsible for overseeing the Workers' Compensation system in Massachusetts. The work we do helps injured workers, employers in Massachusetts, insurers, and attorneys.
