File a DPU Rail Safety Concern

Here, you can file a rail safety concern with the Department of Public Utilities (DPU) Rail Transit Safety Division.

The DPU Rail Transit Safety Division is able to review safety-related concerns submitted about:

  • MBTA Blue Line
  • MBTA Green Line
  • MBTA Orange Line
  • MBTA Red Line
  • MBTA Mattapan Trolley
  • Massachusetts railroad grade crossings

For Silver Line, MBTA bus, or Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) safety concerns, contact the Transportation Oversight Division.  For MBTA customer service concerns, contact the MBTA directly.  For MBTA Commuter Rail concerns, contact Keolis.

For emergencies, dial 911 or contact the MBTA Transit Police.
