Features
The Designated Provisioning Coordinators (DPCs) are responsible for submitting Human Resources requests for their Agency/Secretariat such as User Provisioning and User Deprovisioning.
Who should be a Designated Provisioning Coordinator?
• Someone who will ensure compliance with the Commonwealth’s and/or Agency/Secretariat HR policies, and any internal Agency/Secretariat approval processes.
• Someone who needs access to request Agency HR services on behalf of their Agency/Secretariat.
• Best practice: at least two (2) DPCs per Agency/Secretariat
The following Catalog items can only be accessed and requested in ServiceNow by designated agency DPCs:

• User Deprovisioning
