The Adobe Sign administrator will be responsible for:
- configuring Adobe Sign services
- adding users to the appropriate Adobe Sign group in the Adobe Sign admin portal
- working with Adobe on the implementation of Adobe Sign
- tracking and managing transaction reports, failures, cancellations, etc.
IMPORTANT: Adobe Sign email invitation
In order to complete this request, you must accept the email invitation from Adobe. You will be unable to license additional end users for Adobe Sign until you have accepted the email invitation from Adobe and EOTSS has closed the ServiceNow request.
If you are not requesting Adobe Sign administrative privileges, or for more information on Adobe Sign, please use the “Adobe Sign License” ServiceNow request item.
How to request
Please note: Internal agency IT Liaison (ITL) approval is required in order for EOTSS to process this request.

SLE Responsibilities/Dependencies Fulfillment: 95% within 2 business days
Important Notes:
- In order to complete this request, you must accept the email invitation from Adobe. You will be unable to license additional end users for Adobe Sign until you have accepted the email invitation from Adobe and EOTSS has closed the ServiceNow request.
- If you already have a “Personal” Adobe Sign account associated with your Commonwealth email address, you will receive an email from Adobe advising that you must first “archive” your personal account before you can begin using your “Corporate” account. That email will contain instructions on how to do so.
Customer
- Responsible for adhering to the EOTSS Standard Rules of Engagement.
- Responsible for accepting the email invitation from Adobe by clicking the “Get started” link provided within 60 days.
NOTE: If the customer fails to accept the email invitation within 60 days, the link will be disabled, and the request must be resubmitted.
- Once accepting the email invitation from Adobe and successfully logging in to the Sign Portal, responsible for responding to the email from EOTSS so that Sign Group Admin rights can be granted.
EOTSS
- Responsible for creating a new Adobe Sign group and assigning an Adobe Sign Administrator license to the customer.
- Responsible for sending an email to the customer with instructions on activating their Adobe Sign license.
- Responsible for granting the customer Sign Group Admin rights following the customer accepting the email invitation from Adobe and successfully logging in to the Sign Portal.
